You can stop contact from polling-platform at any time. Opt-out is honored across SMS and AI-voice both.
1. Reply STOP to any text
The next message we send will be a confirmation that you've been removed. No further texts will be sent.
2. Say "stop" or press 9 during an AI-voice call
The AI assistant will confirm and end the call. You will not be called again.
3. Use your account settings
If you have a panelist account, sign in to opt out from your settings page.
Sign in →We keep an append-only record of every opt-out for legal recordkeeping. Once you opt out, a new consent_log entry is written; we never edit or delete the original consent record.
